Vendor Advertising Options

The Puget Sound Chapter of ARMA International distributes a monthly email campaign and maintains a chapter website. With a membership base of records professionals, and distribution to leaders throughout the Great Northwest Region of ARMA International, this is a wonderful delivery method to reach new and existing customers.

Vendor advertising helps to makes our campaigns and website self-sustaining! 

Vendors who advertise or sponsor meetings will also be added to our Vendor Directory page on our website.

Vendor advertising options are as follows:

  • Monthly Email Campaigns:
    Your logo and link featured in our monthly announcements for chapter meetings and other information; also posted on our Facebook page.

    $250.00 for one full chapter year (runs September to June).
For pro-rated campaigns through the remainder of a chapter year please contact us.

  • Deditacted Campaigns (focused on a single vendor event):

    A dedicated email campaign, which advertises a non-chapter affiliated event.  

    $100.00 per campaign


  • Meeting Sponsorship

    Sponsor a chapter meeting by presenting a program that showcases vendor solutions. Includes cost of meals for up to 25 attendees, newsletter and website advertisements, and 50 minute product-free presentation. Based on availability. 

    Cost - actual cost of meals for up to 25 attendees.
