Speakers
Jesse Wilkins
has worked in the document industry for thirteen years and is a Principal Consultant with Access Sciences. His areas of expertise include electronic records management, email management, document imaging, and Web 2.0. He has worked with hundreds of clients to design, implement, and optimize information management systems and processes. 

Todd Nunn is a partner in K&L Gates' Seattle office and a member of the e-Discovery Analysis and Technology (e-DAT) Group, which provides electronic discovery and document review legal services.  Todd advises clients on e-discovery issues, document preservation, and discovery response planning.  Todd has been appointed as a special master for e-discovery disputes and courts have relied on his testimony regarding e-discovery issues. Todd is the chair of the ESI Discovery Subcommittee of the Washington State Bar Association Court Rules and Procedures Committee. 

David Matthews is the Deputy Chief Information Security Officer for the City of Seattle.  In his work for the City he has developed and created a NIMS/ICS compliant incident response plan; updated and extensively re-written the City’s Information Security Policy; and created and taught training courses on information security and forensics
